APTH series of bushings – resin insulators
Description
APTH series of bushings insulators from PHPU “Izol-Plast” Sp. z o. o. are manufactured as part of the modernized flameproof IT3Sm transformer stations and other transformer stations, and can also be used as spare parts for the refurbished and repaired flameproof transformer stations IT3Sb, IT3Sd, IT3Sc manufactured by Mikołowska Fabryka Transformatorów “MEFTA” (Alstom) in Mikołów, built with HiC insulation class, or they can be used in other devices. & nbsp;
Technical parameters of APTH series bushings:
- rated voltage: 1250 V to 7000 V,
- rated current: 200 A to 800 A,
- nominal diameter of the pins: M10, M16, M20, M24,
- the outer diameter of the insulator sleeve[mm]: Ø40, Ø50, Ø70, Ø116,
- operating temperature range of insulators: -15oC to 100oC.

Certificate
Series of bushings insulators APTH have an examination certificate type WE: KDB 08ATEX020U/1 from 23.05.2011r.
Central Mining Institute, Notified Body No. 1453 in accordance with Article 9 of Directive 94/9 / EC of 23 March 1994, confirms that the part or subassembly being the subject of this certificate meets the essential health and safety requirements for the design and construction of protective equipment and systems intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres listed in Annex 2 to Directive 94/9 / EC (Chapter 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Economy of December 22, 2005, Journal of Laws No. 263, item 2203)
