Full-wrapped ceramic bushing insulators of the PTH 1.0 and 6.0 kV series
Description
Full-wrapped ceramic bushing insulators type PTH from PHPU “Izol-Plast” Sp. z o. o. are manufactured as a spare part for the renovated and repaired flameproof transformer stations type IT3S … and the series of types of flameproof transformer stations type MAR -….., built in insulation class H and C.
Insulators from series PTH are built in a fully-wrapped version, i.e. the insulator includes:
- 1kV or 6kV insulator porcelain, suitable for the type of insulator,
- pin suitable for the type of insulator,
- metal washers and nuts,
- metal flange with a flameproof surface
- sealing mass and filling-sealing mass.

The bushing insulator from the main chamber of the flameproof transformer to the DN equipment chamber in 315kVA, 6 / 1kV and 400kVA, 6 / 1kV stations, as well as the DN of IT3Sf 1000kVA stations.

The bushing insulator from the HV apparatus chamber to the connection chamber of all types of flameproof transformers manufactured by the former Fabryka Transformatorów “MEFTA” Mikołów.
Insulator PTH-3-6/200
The PTH-3-6 / 200 bushing insulator is intended as a tap changer for all types of flameproof transformers manufactured by the former Fabryka Transformatorów “MEFTA” Mikołów.
