Delivery of 3M insulating tapes

We deliver the following types of tapes:

Temflex 1300 VDE

– 15[mm]*10[mm],
– thickness 0,15[mm],
– 9 colors (yellow, yellow-green, white, purple, black, brown, green, orange, blue),
– PVC tape for general use, for direct insulation up to 1kV, as a protective coating for LV and MV couplings,
– resistant to moisture, abrasion, acids, alkalis, UV, changing weather conditions,
– self-extinguishing,
– should be wound to narrow the tape by 20%. To prevent the tape from peeling off, the last braid is not stretched.

Temflex 1500 VDE

– 15[mm]*10[mm], 19[mm]*20[mm], 19[mm]*25[mm], 25[mm]*25[mm],
– thickness 0,15[mm],
– 11 colors (yellow, yellow-green, white, purple, black, brown, green, orange, blue, red, gray),
– PVC tape for general use, for direct insulation up to 1kV, as a protective coating for LV and MV couplings,
– resistant to moisture, abrasion, acids, alkalis, UV, changing weather conditions,
– self-extinguishing.

Scotch 13

– 19[mm]*4,5[m],
– semi-conductive, self-amalgamating tape for electrically smoothing notches on LV and MV connectors, for reconstructing screens on rolled insulation. Adheres well to uneven surfaces, resistant to ozone, solvents, UV, moisture or short-term temperature influence +130 ⁰ C. Not very resistant to cable saturant. It should be wound with 100% elongation.

Scotch 22

– 19[mm]*33[m], 25[mm]*33[m],
– PVC tape with increased mechanical properties – resistant to abrasion, corrosion, UV, moisture and chemicals, self-extinguishing. Intended for local repair of cable sheaths.

Scotch 23

– 19[mm]*9,15[m], 25[mm]*9,15[m], 19[mm]*4[m],
– self-vulcanizing, self-amalgamating,
– as insulating in plastic cables,
– self-adhesive tape based on ethylene-propylene rubber, designed to recreate the insulation of LV and MV cables. Wound with tension causing it to turn gray, it gives a homogeneous mass without air bubbles. Excellent electrical properties. Resistant to aging, UV, ozone, weather conditions, short-term exposure to temperature + 130 °C. Provides watertightness. In contact with oil, it reacts on the surface, but is not penetrated – it can be used in oil sleeves for traditional cables.

– copper braid.

Scotch 33

– 19[mm]*33[m], 25[mm]*33[m],
– universal,
– high-quality self-extinguishing PVC tape, resistant to UV, corrosion, moisture, abrasion, acids and alkalis. Used for direct insulation up to 600V, especially in environments: humid and solvent vapors. Perfect as an abrasion-resistant outer layer in LV and MV couplings and heads. Wind by reducing by 20%, the last braid without tension.
