Cable gland plugs
Cable gland plugs type Z-WMg.. and Z-WK-M.. are intended for blanking the entries of cables and wires with a circular cross-section to the inside of flameproof electrical equipment covers, thickness I and subgroup II C and dustproof III C.
Depending on the design of the groove threaded hole:
- end caps typeZ-WMg.. enable the blanking of entries with a hole diameter from Ø35 mm to Ø48 mm.
- end caps type Z-WK-M.. enable the blanking of entries with an outer diameter from M20 to M32.
Reducers of cable entries of the typeWMg-../WK-M.. are intended for the introduction of cables and wires with a circular cross-section inside the covers of flameproof electrical devices of the thickness of I and subgroup II C and dustproof III C.
Depending on the execution of the keyhole threaded hole, the type reductions WMg-../WK-M.. enable the insertion of cables or wires with a diameter from Ø6 mm to Ø22 mm.
Cable gland plugs type Z-WMg.., Z-WK-M.. and reductions of cable entries of the typeWMg-../WK-M.. They are made by turning from a steel bar of the St3S grade with a hexagonal cross-section. The plugs should be installed in the previously made inlet slot. The plug socket is closed by screwing in the appropriate threaded plug.
Reducers should be mounted in the previously made inlet socket. On the one hand, the reducers have an incised external thread compatible with the design of the WMg inlet socket, and on the other hand, an incised internal thread compatible with the design of the WK-M type inlet. The ATEX marking is engraved on the outer body of the caps and reducers.
