Cable entries type WK-M .. are intended for introducing cables and wires with a circular cross-section into the interior of flameproof electrical devices, thickness. I and subgroup II C and dustproof III C. WK-M .. cable glands are made as a bolted structure, with a metal socket, a gland and a mounting bracket. The cable or wire is choked with a rubber gasket. The inlet is attached to the device by welding its metal body into a properly prepared hole on the housing of the flameproof device. If no wire or cable is introduced into the inlet, a suitable metal plug is provided for installation.
